ENHYPEN Earn First No. 1 On The Billboard 200 With THE SIN: BLISS & Release Performance Video of BLOODY PARADISE
ENHYPEN have topped the US Billboard 200 for the first time. Their eighth mini-album THE SIN: BLISS debuted at No. 1 on the chart dated August 30, marking the group’s first chart-topping album in the United States.
According to Luminate, THE SIN: BLISS moved 98,000 equivalent album units in its opening week. 92,000 came from pure album sales, making it the best-selling album of the week in the US, while streaming equivalent album units added another 6,000.
On September 1st at Midnight Local Time, ENHYPEN also released a performance video for BLOODY PARADISE, the title track of THE SIN: BLISS.
ENHYPEN has become the ninth K-pop act to reach No. 1 on the Billboard 200, joining BTS, SuperM, Stray Kids, BLACKPINK, Tomorrow X Together, NewJeans, ATEEZ, and TWICE.
The album comes as ENHYPEN now promote as a six-member group, following member Heeseung’s departure earlier this year. Released on August 21, the album arrived as the group continued its ongoing world tour.
