On July 21st at 6 PM KST, fromis_9 released the music video for Vitamin ME, the title track from their second full album Glow ME.

Vitamin ME was co-produced and co-written by Tomy (Believe by WENDY), Ayushy of THE HUB (Heavy Serenade by NMIXX), and Natalie Sawicki (Call You Mine by Andi), and produced TRINITY, Joseph K of THE HUB (Blue by DXS a.k.a DK & Seungkwan of SEVENTEEN).

Lastly, Vitamin ME was written by Kim Dabin of PAPERMAKER (POSE! by Younite), ARTiffect (Supersonic by fromis_9), Na Yunjeong (21st Century Romance by TOMORROW X TOGETHER), aPark Serin (Ocean by NMIXX)

The title track Vitamin ME is a song that features a Latin-style rhythmic groove sound and an addictive melody, maintaining fromis_9’s distinctive color while showcasing new charms. A representative of ASND (their agency) stated: “As a summer song that is like a ‘vitamin’ to brighten a day when energy is needed, it will give listeners refreshing energy.”

Including the title track, this album contains 10 songs in various genres: “ETERNAL”, “Pocket Treat”, “Blue Heart”, “Screen Time”, “Teacher”, “Cold Blood”, “Why do I cry?”, “DAY 1”, and “Wonderland”.

fromis_9 has released a full-length album about three years after the 2023 release of their first full-length album, Unlock My World. The album Glow ME conveys that various emotions arise in new relationships and experiences, as it traces the journey of discovering the radiant “self”.
