On April 23, the group\u2019s legal representative,\u00a0law firm Yulchon<\/strong>, stated in an official announcement that the court had ruled in favour of the injunction filed by the nine members\u00a0Sangyeon, Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Juyeon, Kevin, Q, Sunwoo<\/strong>, and\u00a0Eric<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Accordingly, the court confirmed that their exclusive contracts with\u00a0One Hundred Label<\/strong>\u00a0had been lawfully terminated and their effect had come to an end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Attorney Kim Moon Hee of Yulchon explained that the court found One Hundred Label had violated its obligations by failing to pay settlement amounts, failing to provide settlement-related accounting materials required for verification, and failing to fulfil essential contractual duties such as management support and artist protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Attorney Kim further elaborated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWhile the agency has argued in the media and during the injunction proceedings that the contract fee has the nature of an advance payment, the court explicitly rejected this claim. The court clarified that the payment of the contract fee and the distribution of settlement funds based on profits are stipulated as separate clauses under the exclusive contract, and that there is no agreement allowing the contract fee already paid to substitute for the settlement funds that must be newly paid to the artist.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n The Boyz, who debuted in December 2017, moved to One Hundred Label in December 2024. However, excluding New, the remaining members notified the agency in February 2025 of the contract’s termination and subsequently filed for an injunction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n They claim they have not received settlement payments since July 2025 and that their requests to access settlement records have been denied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In contrast, One Hundred Label stated that it had paid contract signing fees exceeding industry standards to all members.
