LRT has announced the participants of the national Eurovision selection EUROVIZIJA.LT<\/a> 2026. <\/h6>\n\n\n\n

In the upcoming season, 40 songs – both well-known artists and new names – will compete for the right to represent Lithuania in the Eurovision Song Contest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, the songs submitted for selection were carefully evaluated by a special working group formed by LRT. LRT Chief Producer Audrius Gir\u017eadas stated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Every year we feel the interest of creators and performers – the national selection becomes a space where very different genres and generations meet. Selecting the songs was not easy: we wanted the program to reflect both bright names loved by the audience and new voices that could surprise the whole of Europe,”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

All 40 songs will be performed in the national selection semi-finals, which will be broadcast on LRT TELEVIZIJA and on the LRT.lt portal in a few weeks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The votes of the audience and the jury will together determine which songs will advance to the grand final of EUROVIZIJA.LT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The grand final of EUROVIZIJA.LT will be held on 27 February 2026 at the Vilnius Twinsbet Arena \u2013 the event will be available to watch not only on LRT platforms but In The Arena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
