A police official explained: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
“The victims suffered actual harm, and in the process of defending themselves, it was investigated that they did not cause serious injury to the suspect. When considering it comprehensively, we determined that the victims’ actions constituted self-defense, so we did not file a case.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition, on the 18th, two days after being detained, Mr. A filed a request for a review of the legality of his detention, claiming that “the police did not inform him of the Miranda rights during the arrest,” but the court dismissed it.
