On the June 25 episode of “M Countdown,” the candidates for first place were RIIZE’s “Do your dance” and LE SSERAFIM, ILLIT, and KATSEYE’s “ICONIC BY MISTAKE.” LE SSERAFIM, ILLIT, and KATSEYE ultimately took the prize with a total of 6,654 points.
This marks LE SSERAFIM & ILLIT’s 38th win and 21st Korean Music Show win, and KATSEYE’s first Korean Music Show win despite being HYBE X GEFFEN’s first global group while not making a Korean Debut
&TEAM, a fellow HYBE Group, recently earned a music show win with a Japanese EP after debuting in Korea.
Today’s performers also included RIIZE, EVAN (Heeseung), STAYC, BOYNEXTDOOR, TREASURE’s HYUNHAYO, Super Junior’s Ryeowok, Hearts2Hearts, ONF, MEOVV, FIFTY FIFTY, izna, EPEX, USPEER, AtHeart, HEART OF WOMAN, dodree, MW:MEU, and Primrose.
“Iconic by Mistake,” released on June 12, debuted at No. 38 on the latest Hot 100 chart released Tuesday (U.S. time). The track also reached No. 22 on the British Official Singles Chart Top 100.
Meanwhile, the three teams’ collaborative single “Iconic by Mistake” was released worldwide at 1 PM on June 12th, and they unveiled their first full-group performance on Mnet’s “M Countdown ” on June 11th.
