FLARE U Is here with their highly-anticipated debut!

On May 13, FLARE U unveiled their first mini album “YOUTH ERROR” along with the music video for the title track, “WAY 2 U.”

FLARE U, under FNC ENTERTAINMEN Chuei Li Yu from Taiwan and Korean Kang Woo-jin, competed on Mnet’s “Boys II Planet” last year, finishing 10th and 16th, respectively.

Chuei Li Yu made his debut as a solo artist on December 3, 2025, with the single album Sweet Dream and title track “UxYOUxU”.

FLARE U held a showcase in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, on the afternoon of May 13 to celebrate the release of their first mini album ‘YOUTH ERROR.’

During the showcase, the duo shared their excitement about finally making their debut.

“We are happy to make the debut we have always dreamed of, one advantage of being a duo is that it’s easy and quick to coordinate our opinions. The preparation process is faster, and each member gets more parts, which we really like.”

That same day, FLARE U revealed that the name of their official fan club would be “U’RE.”

Meanwhile, FLARE U participated as a special performer at “KCON JAPAN 2026,” which was held from May 8 to 10 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan.
