VIVIZ terminates exclusive contract with Big Planet Made Entertainment

VIVIZ officially ended their relationship with their agency, Big Planet Made Entertainment.

On April 8, the group’s legal representatives at SHINWON Law Firm released a formal statement announcing the termination of the exclusive contract.

According to the statement, VIVIZ members cited the agency’s breach of payment obligations, failure to provide adequate management support, and the resulting breakdown of trust as the reasons for ending the contract. The termination was legally effective as of March 4, 2026.

Full Statement from VIVIZ’s Legal Representatives:

“The artists, Eunha, SinB, and Umji (collectively, ‘the artists’), through their legal counsel at SHINWON Law Firm, hereby confirm the termination of their exclusive contract with Big Planet Made Entertainment due to the agency’s breach of payment obligations, failure to provide management support, and the resulting loss of trust. The contract was legally terminated on March 4, 2026.

The agency delayed the final payment by approximately one month in November 2025 and has failed to provide subsequent payments despite repeated inquiries. Additionally, in January 2026, the agency unilaterally canceled the release of the artists’ upcoming album (EP06) and all domestic and international fan meetings scheduled for the first half of the year. Basic operational costs had to be covered personally by managers.

While the artists attempted to tolerate payment delays, they could not ignore the resulting harm to supporting staff. The decision to terminate the contract was made due to the agency’s complete inability and unwillingness to support the artists’ careers and the breakdown of the trust necessary for an ongoing contractual relationship.

Despite the contract termination, the artists fulfilled all scheduled activities through the end of March 2026 out of responsibility to their fans. They extend their deepest gratitude to fans for their unwavering support and hope to continue working together as a unified team.”
