XLOV agency 275 Entertainment acquired by RBW subsidiary

A subsidiary of K-pop agency RBW has acquired 275 Entertainment, known for the group XLOV, the agency said Wednesday.

WM Entertainment, a subsidiary of RBW, recently signed a comprehensive business transfer agreement with 275 Entertainment and has started post-merger integration, according to RBW.

WM Entertainment now possesses the intellectual property rights and exclusive management rights of the artists currently represented by 275 Entertainment. The current CEO of 275 Entertainment, Park Jae-young, will join WM Entertainment CEO Kim Jin-woo as co-CEOs.

Following the merger, RBW will represent XLOV, the first genderless K-pop group, said RBW. The group’s genderless concept blends masculine and feminine aesthetics, such as skirts, long hair and glamorous makeup.

XLOV debuted in January 2025. It consists of four members: Wumuti, Rui, Hyun and Haru. Three members were contestants of “Boys Planet” (2023), with members from China, Taiwan, Japan and South Korea.

RBW currently represents K-pop artists such as Mamamoo, Oh My Girl, KARD and Young Posse. Kim Jin-woo, the CEO of RBW stated:

“I think very highly of 275 Entertainment’s unique creativity and have no doubt this merger will create a powerful synergy, i will try my best to expand the intellectual property of XLOV.”
