A video hinting at the reunion of the group Wanna One has been released.
On the 1st, Mnet Plus released a video titled “2026 Coming Soon We Meet Again” on their official YouTube channel.
The video depicts a scene where a person plays a cassette tape with the Wanna One logo on it. As the tape starts to roll, the lyrics “We Meet Again” flow out.
These lyrics are a line from Wanna One’s hit song “Spring Breeze,” which marked their final promotional activity.
At the end of the video, the message “We GO Again” appears, drawing attention from fans as to whether it hints at a reunion.
Wanna One was a South Korean boy band formed by CJ E&M through the second season of Produce 101.
The group was composed of eleven members: Kang Daniel, Park Jihoon, Lee Daehwi, Kim Jaehwan, Ong Seongwu, Park Woojin, Lai Kuanlin, Yoon Jisung, Hwang Minhyun, Bae Jinyoung, and Ha Sungwoon.
The group debuted on August 7, 2017, with the release of their first EP 1×1=1 (To Be One), The group concluded activities in 2019 a final concert (titled Therefore 2019).
On November 15, 2021, it was confirmed that the group, except Lai Kuan-lin, would perform on a reunion stage at the 2021 Mnet Asian Music Awards on December 11, 2021.
