BTS has confirmed their comeback on March 20th.
On the 1st, Big Hit Music announced BTS’s comeback on March 20th. It has been about 3 years and 9 months since the release of the anthology album ‘Proof’ in June 2022.
The comeback date was first revealed through a handwritten letter that BTS recently sent to ARMY (ARMY , their fandom name). They delivered the handwritten letters to fans’ homes to celebrate the New Year.
While expressing gratitude to fans who have consistently supported us, they also gave a hint about their comeback date by writing the date ‘2026.03. 20’ on a piece of paper.
The members expressed their sincerity with handwritten messages:
“We’ve waited more eagerly than anyone else” (RM)
“Thank you so much for waiting” ( Jin )
“Let’s have fun together this year too. I love you” ( Suga )”,
“What I thought has finally become reality!” ( J-Hope )
“The year we meet has come” ( Jimin )
“We’ll make more and better memories in 2026, so look forward to it!” ( V )
“We miss you! Please take care of us this year too” (Jungkook).
This letter is a gift for ARMY who have maintained their membership on the global superfan platform Weverse for the past three years and have made memories with BTS.
Members who were unable to receive the physical letter will receive the same message on Weverse at the end of January.
BTS will be releasing their new album on March 20th and embarking on a large-scale world tour. More information about the new album and concerts will be revealed later on their official channels.
BTS debuted in 2013 under Big Hit Entertainment (HYBE Labels) with the single album 2 Cool 4 Skool. BTS released their first Korean and Japanese-language studio albums, Dark & Wild and Wake Up respectively, in 2014.
