All five members of NewJeans are returning to Ador

On November 12th, Minji, Hanni, and Danielle have announced through an official statement, “After careful discussion, we have decided to return to Ador”

The three members stated:

One member is currently in Antarctica, which delayed the announcement, but we had no choice but to announce this separately, as we have not heard back from Ador. We will continue to return with music and performances that we put our heart into. Thank you.

Earlier today, Ador announced:

Haerin and Hyein have expressed their intention to continue their activities with the company. After thorough discussions with their families and careful consideration with ADOR, they have decided to respect the court’s ruling and comply with their exclusive contracts.

We will do our utmost to ensure the members can carry out their activities smoothly. We kindly ask fans for their warm support and to refrain from spreading unfounded speculation.

Last November, NewJeans notified ADOR of the termination of their exclusive contracts and began promoting under a new group name, NJZ, which sparked an ongoing legal dispute.

ADOR subsequently filed a lawsuit seeking confirmation of the validity of the exclusive contracts.

On October 30, the Seoul Central District Court’s Civil Agreement Division 41 ruled in favor of ADOR, upholding the validity of the contracts.

Let’s Hope NewJeans Continues To Flourish.
